The factory undertakes the design and processing of plastic injection moulds and aluminum alloy compression moulds, uses CAD/CAM/CAE technology to design moulds, uses the most advanced LSWEDM, HSM and CNCMC to process moulds and uses Moldflow to analyze the process of molding inside moulds. A 50% discount is offered for the processing of moulds used for cooperative development of new products. The period of processing for moulds with complicated structures is 60 days and that for simple moulds is 45 days.
